MAIN FEATURES AND PERFORMANCE
The machine housing is made of two layers steel plates filled by hard polyurethane foam,featured with good heat-insulation,easy cleaning,the food and machine guaranteed to be clean and safe.
In high feeicient thermal wave quick freezing mode,the food is frozen by cold air which blows vertically and alternatively in strong or weak force.Such a freezing mode is 20%~30% higher than conventional freezing mode in freezing efficiency.
The machine adopts water flashing defrosting,assisted by hot ammonia defrosting so as to guarantee the evaporator to be clean,preventing bacteria growing.
The conveying devices are equippped with cleaning system so that the converying devices can be cleaned automatically by itself.The machine keps clean all the time.
The internal passage and cleaning accss door are used for easy cleaning,guaranteeing the quick-freezing machine and food to be clean.
High stength chain,chain wheel,belt driving deviced are not ease to be worn out.The service life is long.
Imported converter step-less speed regulating can meet the processing requirement of many kinds of food.
